Our Pilates/yoga class is instructed by UMWestern HHP professor Ali Wolpern. Testing you bodies flexibility and ability to move in non traditional fashions is one of the most beneficial things you could do for yourself. This class has a main focus on hip mobility and core strength. After your session of Pilates you can expect a yoga cool down to finish off the hour long class. This class is great for people just getting into their fitness journey as well as experienced lifters who have found themselves getting muscle bound or too tight in areas of their body and would like a new and beneficial challenge.
